At the end of the driveway, the world Begins 

At the end of the driveway, the world is Ending 

Kids Walk Past Trees And the neighbours cats.

Kids Wander. Their Faces Glowing 

In The Summer Sun And Winter Snow 

Kids PlayIng Outside 

Inside The House Kids Are Watching

Tv . And Eating 

This Girl Slimes This Boy  frowns 

Not Yet Seeing Not Yet Knowing 

that's what's gone in a new beginning

That what begins is already growing

Fast Faster 

Adults With their serious Faces 

Whooshing to Work

Reading

Smell Of cookies Being baked in the kitchen sound of kids  wrapping presents for each other Kids have been good so they can be on the good list Parents Getting Christmas Trees And decorations ready Pets Getting Tangled In the Christmas lights oh no! Snowballs Getting Throwed on the  windows
